Please check the image below as well. Make Yahoo ID if you don’t have one. If you are using Mobile device you’ll have to download the app.
   
4. You can do Yahoo Messenger Sign In with your Yahoo Email Id or your mobile number. Now you can enter your Yahoo Email Id.
